We are currently offering an 18-month Apprenticeship program specifically designed for individuals like you who are eager to make a fresh start in a new field. This program will lead you to a Level 3 qualification as a Drinks Dispense Technician.

No prior experience in this field? No problem! At our organisation, we believe in providing equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of their previous experience. As an Apprentice, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from c£21,000-£24,000, along with fantastic additional benefits. You'll receive a Company Van, laptop for your apprenticeship studies and an iPhone, ensuring you have the tools you need to excel in your role. We also offer up to a 12% Company Pension contribution, proactive parental policies, and a Share Scheme. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we provide five weeks of paid holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Technical Representative role in a location close to where you live. As a Technical Representative, you can expect a salary ranging from c£33,000 - £37,000, depending on your location.

Joining our team means becoming part of a diverse group of Field Service Technicians who cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Together, we are responsible for maintaining over 150,000 post-Mix machines, Coolers & Vendors located in 110,000 customer premises. These premises range from pubs and bars to supermarkets, smaller retailers, theme parks, and offices. You'll be joining a team of 10-12 Technicians, learning from experienced professionals, and gaining hands-on experience. You’ll provide great customer service in outlet ensuring our soft drinks are always available through our soft drinks dispense equipment.  

During the Apprenticeship program, you'll have the opportunity to learn both in the field (80%) and at Wolverhampton College (20%). The college learning is arranged in two weekly blocks, with one or two weeks of each block requiring attendance at Wolverhampton. Rest assured; we will fund your accommodation costs during these college sessions.

No experience? No worries! After 4-8 months of accompanying experienced Field Sales Technical Representatives, you'll start attending basic planned maintenance and breakdown calls on your own. As your knowledge and skills grow, you'll gradually take on more complex cases, further enhancing your expertise in the field.

Key responsibilities in this role include completing the requirements of the College course, prioritising safety with a zero-accident mindset, delivering excellent customer service, and taking pride in your work. You'll receive comprehensive training to work to the highest quality standards and ensure our soft drinks dispense systems are always in top-notch condition.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a full driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, like to take on practical tasks, and a customer service mindset.
