Field Service Mechanic - Saudi Arabia - 3500 SAR (Per Month) Tax-free + travel/accommodation allowance

12 month fixed term contracts with extension possibilities

A Field Service Mechanic opportunity has become available for Saudi Arabia's leading off highway equipment and machine dealer who provides fully integrated construction machinery products and services to both private and public sector customers.

In this Field Service Mechanic role, you will troubleshoot machines and equipment malfunctions in the field.

Principal accountabilities:

• Carry out repairs to machines/equipment in the minimum possible time at customer's site.
• Establishing a presentable image for the company in front of customers.
• Conducting a very professional behaviour towards customers.
• Good housekeeping for tools and vehicle.
• Correct and careful usage of special tools.
• Carry out installations of equipment at site according to designs supplied by others.
• Strictly following safety rules and precautions to protect themselves, the others and the equipment they works on.
• Be willing and capable of passing on his skills to Trainees under his supervision, in line with his Department’s Traineeship programme, or be receptive of being trained in coaching and assessing in the workplace.

To apply for this Field Service Mechanic position you should have the following:

• City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10+ years in Field Service repairs in a Caterpillar Dealership.
• Experience in diagnosing problems on related machinery/equipment/engines.
• English language - spoken and written.
• Arabic language is a preference.
