c. £45k + van + fuel card + overtime

Do you have experience as a Mechanic looking for a field-based role?

Have you carried out repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on commercial or industrialvehicles?

We are looking for a Mechanic to join our client’s team as a Field Service Engineer, where you will be covering widespread areas across the UK, including the midlands, southwest, and London.

Duties include:

• Carrying out general repairs and checks on vehicles including diagnostics and servicing.
• Liaising with the office staff regarding job details, ordering parts, time sheets, expenses, and other requirements.
• Reporting on and photographing completed jobs, technical issues, and product development ideas.
• Ensuring all tools and company vehicle is kept clean and intact, with any defaults or issues reported to the office.
• Liaising with customers effectively to ensure all the correct work is being carried out, and they are left satisfied.
• Representing the company across the UK, promoting products and services.
• Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

• Previous experience working on commercial or industrialvehicles.
• A full, clean, UK driving licence.
• The ability to use diagnostic tools, electrical meters, pressure gauges, and hydraulic flow.
• Able to deal well with pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
