Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer living in the West Yorkshire area?

Do you have an electrical / electronic engineering qualification, field based experience as a service, maintenance or installation engineer or technician, and are happy to travel as part of your role?

If so our client, an electronics manufacturing business, will be interested to hear from you!

This Field Service Engineer role comes with an excellent base salary and a friendly / positive culture. Travel is required but this is domestic and fully expensed. As Field Service Engineer you'll split your time between office based activity (lab based, preparing the products you'll be installing when you're on the road) and site based activity (approximately two days per week). 

Field Service Engineer - Role & Responsibilities - Service Technician:

- Install, service and maintain electrical / electronic products on varying sites
- Travel will be required but this is fully expensed
- Regular customer contact as the face of the company
- Provide support to the sales team and be aware of cross selling opportunities

Field Service Engineer - Skills & Abilities - Service Technician:

- Recognised qualification in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Some experience of installation, servicing and maintenance of electrical / electronic equipment
- Experience of lone working as sole engineer on site
- Excellent customer and communication skills
- Comfortable with travel and periods away from home
