Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Warwick, UK

Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Flexibility required for occasional overruns)

Salary: £30,000 -£35,000 dependant on experience

Metalis is a currently working with a reputable provider of electrical engineering solutions, specializing in electric motors. They are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team based in Warwick. Responsibilities:

• Conduct field service visits to diagnose, repair, and maintain electric motors at customer sites.
• Perform testing and fault-finding procedures to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilize a multimeter and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience in servicing electric motors is essential.
• Proficiency in testing and fault finding.
• Ability to use a multimeter and other diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Access to a company van provided for work purposes.
• Flexibility to work occasional overruns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based locally to Warwick.
