We have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to become part of an established business within the Managed Print and Technology industry.

As Field Service Engineer you will be based out of their offices in Reading focussing along the M4 Corridor area, ensuring that clients issues are being dealt with quickly and efficiently to keep equipment running.

As Field Service Engineer day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Supplying proactive levels of service to our key customers.
  • Ensuring target responses are met in line with customer SLA's.
  • Proactive communications with our service delivery desk and customers alike.

To be considered for the role of Field Service Engineer you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within Technical Service within the Managed Print industry.
  • Demonstrable ability in the servicing of Konica Minolta, Kyocera, and Canon products.
  • Good Networking experience.
  • An understanding of Document Management software products.

If successful you can expect a salary of £35,000 - £39,000, with the chance to progress and grow your career within an established business.
