Field Service Engineer

Your future employer is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the growing business, to add support to the Portsmouth and Southampton area. This is an excellent business that provides repairs and services to traditional / barista coffee machines, so previous experience working on similar equipment is essential.

Duties of the coffee machine engineer:

• Working on a range of traditional / barista coffee machines
• Carrying out machine repairs, services and installations
• Carrying out fault finding and diagnostics
• Carrying out planned maintenance
• Work closely with the technical manager
• Covering a local area, and occasionally travelling to further jobs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Liaise with the service team for reactive calls

Previous experience of the coffee machine engineer:

• 2 years’ engineering experience on traditional coffee machines
• Strong communication skills
• A strong understanding of electrical and plumbing works
• Previous fault-finding skills (use of a multimemeter)
• Full, clean UK drivers licence

Due to the nature of the position and the generous package on offer, previous engineering experience on coffee machines is essential for this role.
