Field Service Engineer 

Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 + £10,000 Overtime + Company Van and Company Card - All expenses Paid

Location: Stockport, Cheshire 

We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for a world class manufacturing company to carry out maintenance, service, repair, and installation works based in and around Stockport, Cheshire. This company manufactures bespoke industrial machinery which you will become extremely familiar with as you will only be working on this one specific piece of machinery. You will spend around 10% of the time installing the machinery and the rest of the time maintaining and repairing. This role does require some stay away, however this is very rare. If this was the case, the company will cover all expenses including hotel, food, etc. Moreover, this role comes with a company car, Fuel card, laptop and is paid door to door. This company is going through incremental growth and is looking to build out their Engineering team to facilitate the needs of their larger blue-chip clients.

Skills required for the field service engineer  

• Must hold a minimum of L3 Engineering Qualification 
• Must hold a Full UK Manual Drivers  License  
• Must be happy with stayaway.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and PLC skills/ experience
• Service Background or Manufacturing or Forces
