Hexagon Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client located in Shropshire for the Permanent position of: Field Service Engineer /Mechanical

Our client are a longstanding Bespoke Cutting Machine Manufacturer who Design, Build and Install there machines into various industry sectors such as Automotive, Metals and Steel Industry Sector across the UK & Internationally.

Salary: £36,000 to £40,000pa (pending Experience) plus Overtime plus Pension plus 25 Days & 8 Bank Holidays a Year.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a degree of flexibility pending work schedules.

Company Van provided, Expenses for Travel across the UK & Internationally where required, Mobile Phone & Laptop provided.

As a Feild Service Engineer our client requires the following skills:

* Field Service Engineer experience in mechanical production machinery
* Apprentice Trained & Qualified
* Fault finding and break fix skills & Machine Installations
* Have computor skills used to log into the machines
* PLC skills for fault tracing
* Have some basic Electrical knowledge
* Repair & Replace and update tooling requirements
* Confident with talking to customers via the Telephone & Face to Face and
   colleagues within the engineering department
* Able to document and complete reports for each client site daily
* Be able to Travel and work away from home across the UK & Internationally
   when required.
* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
