Role: Field Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 per an + healthy commission structure + company car

Location: Southeast – remote when not in client meetings

Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Reed are proud to be exclusively working with our client in their search for a Southeast Field Sales Executive to join their successful national team. Operating since the 1980’s our client provides first class service to the motor trade industry, administering warranty programmes to some of the most respected names in the industry.

Unlike other companies in their industry, our client boasts a 30 year’ history of continuously and consistently servicing their clients throughout the UK, and therefore hold an impressive reputation.

This role is available due to a longstanding member off staff retiring which means they already have multiple active accounts across the south east which will need to remain serviced. This is a great opportunity to be recognised for your success, as everything you win will be off the back of your own hard work (with support directly from the Sales Director).

You do not need to have experience within this industry - we’re simply seeking results driven people who are hungry to succeed and make their mark, however if you have experience in the motor trade that would be super beneficial!

After meeting the team at this client, we could easily see why they don’t recruit often. They have a wonderfully supportive culture, each wanting to succeed but not at the expense of others. This way of working as been set by the management team and really is an embedded ethos. The Sales Director is hugely focused on finding the right sort of sales personality, as she is protective of their amazing team atmosphere.

Responsibilities for the field sales rep:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide Exceptional customer Service
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements and experience for the filed sales rep:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, both phone based and face-to-face
  • UK Driver – this role involves travel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
