Field Sales Executive - Yorkshire

Our client are a well established and high performing brand with a growing business and a superb people focused culture.

They are currently looking to build their field teams with the recruitment of a Field Sales Executive in the Yorkshire Area.

The Role:

  • You will work closely with an existing network of accounts conducting regular visits to support your clients and help them develop thier business.
  • You will conduct regular product audits and review commercial data to help your exsisting customers drive their business and increase profitability.
  • Help your customers ensure that new product launches and new range releases have maximum impact.
  • You will have complete control over your route planning and visit schedules and will need to be highly organised.
  • Building long standing and engaging relationships with your accounts is absolutley critical to the success of this role.

The Person:

  • Personality is everything for this role. The ability to build and develop relationships is critical. Background is less relevant than your desire to engage people and help them develop their business.
  • This role would suit somebody from a sales background or potentially a retail manager looking for a change of direction.
  • You MUST be a true self starter and highly organised, the role will require you to develop your own visit schedules and route planning.
  • You will be hands on and not scared to help show your customers what good looks like with regards to prodcuts and merchandising.
  • Highly commercial with an aptitude for analysing data and the ability to spot opportnuities to grow the business.
  • Flexbile to travel across a wide geographical with overnight stays on ocaassion likely.

The Package:

£32k Basic Salary + Company Car + OTE + Strong Package
