Field Engineer

Here at Impact Recruitment, we are hiring a Junior Field Engineer to join our client who specialises in installing mechanical equipment in and around the UK. They are ideally looking for an eager individual that they can train and develop alongside a qualified engineer. This role requiresa valid driving licence.

This role would suit a candidate who has both electrical and mechanical experience and is looking to make a career in the engineering industry.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Northampton

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Duties:

• Working alongside a small team
• Using a range of handheld and powered tools
• Driving a company vehicle (once trained)
• Providing an excellent customer service
• General stock control at the head office
• Providing support to the team
• Installation and maintenance of equipment
• Educating customers on the use, care, and maintenance of the products.

Requirements:

• Able to travel to commercial sites to install blinds alongside a trained engineer.
• Have the will to learn and receive training.
• Be a hands-on person ready to use different tools.
• A full UK driving licence and clear DBS check.
