I am working on behalf of a fantastic Domiciliary Care company based in Pulborough, they are part of a large, national company. This is a Field Care Supervisor role to focus on the management and coordination of the care staff in the field, you would manage a portfolio of around 25 care staff and 30 clients.  

The Company:
  • Domiciliary Care franchise with over 120 offices nationwide
  • Established for over 40 years
  • Pulborough office delivering over 2000 hours of care per week
  • Provide Domiciliary Care Dementia & End of Life care as well as Live-in Care  

The role:
  • To focus on the management and coordination of the care staff in the field
  • Carer focused role
  • Manage a portfolio of approx. 25 care staff and 30 clients
  • Ensuring care provided is in line with CQC regulations
  • Supervisions/appraisals

Required competencies:
  • Strong experience within the care sector
  • Previous experience in Domiciliary Care is highly desirable
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Believe in person-centred care in line with the companies’ values
  • Good CQC knowledge
