I am working on behalf of a fantastic Domiciliary Care company based in Shepperton as they look to bolster their office team. This is a Field Care Supervisor role to focus on the management and coordination of the care staff in the field, the branch delivers around 1000 hours of care per week.

The Company:
  • Small Domiciliary Care franchise – around 14 offices
  • Shepperton office – 6 years established
  • Have 36+ carers & 65 clients with 8 already in the office
  • Provide Live-in Care, Dementia & End of Life care as well as Domiciliary Care  

The role:
  • To focus on the management and coordination of the care staff in the field
  • Carer focused role
  • Ensuring care provided is in line with CQC regulations
  • Supervisions/appraisals

Required competencies:
  • Strong experience within the care sector
  • Previous experience in care sector preferably in supervisory role
  • Believe in person-centred care in line with the companies’ values
  • Outgoing, bubbly personality
  • Good CQC knowledge
