Role Overview

You will provide sales or post-sales technical support and assistance on molecular biology products to customers in the south UK.

Role Requirements

You will work with a team of 4 account managers in identifying molecular biology instrument and reagent leads.

Providing post-sales support in the form of training, application support and troubleshooting.

Attending exhibitions and seminars when required.

Assisting with sales to achieve company targets and goals.

Person Specifications

PhD in Molecular Biology or similar field

Application or technical support experience (Ideally)
