FF&E Fit out - Project Manager
Title: FF&E Project Manager (Fitout)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45k - £55k + Car and Package
The role:
An opprotunity to join a market leading FF&E Fitout Contractor, working with some of the nations leading building contractors to delivery state of the art educational projects.
What's expected from you:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- FF&E Project Experience is desireable
- Fit out experience is a minimum requirement preferably on Educational new build projects
- 2 years on site experience
- Client facing working within the educational space (Building Contractor and/or Educational Head)
- Project programme tracking
- Reporting direclty to Head of Projects
- You will be expected to be on site delivering the project and management the team
