The Role

As a Fenestration Fabricator Apprentice, the successful candidates’ role is pivotal in the production and assembly of high-quality fenestration products. Working closely with experienced Team Leaders, you'll embark on a structured Apprenticeship programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Fabrication Team Leaders prepare, produce and assemble products according to Company standards, i.e.

• Basic Assembly work.
• Light machinery operation i.e. small presses / drills / routers / miller / saws / CNC machine.
• Read and interpret works order information.
• Read and interpret shop drawings.

The Person

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English (Grade C / 4 or above).
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic PC literacy.
• Flexibility and a team-oriented approach, Physical fitness for lifting requirements.
• Current clean driving licence desirable.
