Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a Female Support Workerto join our team in Bramcote. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full-time, and part-time hours available.In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.

About the role:

Thera East Midlands are recruiting for an experienced Female Support Worker to join an established team, providing support for an individual living within their new home.

This is an important step for the individuals, and we require a confident, experienced Support Worker to help the individual adjust to their new life in the community.

There will also be a lot of time supporting with life in their community; to develop relationships within their community, to discover new skills, form further ambitions and pursue hobbies and interest.

What do you need to become our Female Support Worker?

The role will require Resilience, Patience, compassion and flexibility, to enable a truly person-centred approach to the support. As a support worker with Thera you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support an individual achieve their own personal goals.

  • Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
  • Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
  • Desire to embrace our values and vision and have fun!
