R13 are collaborating with an established law firm in the recruitment of a Fast Track RTA Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their Norfolk-based team on a remote basis. You will be responsible for the management of a caseload of claims, adhering to best practice and company strategy.

This is a full time, permanent position working 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a competitive salary depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Managing a caseload of claims.
  • Assessing liability to increase claim success.
  • Assessing quantum with reference to caselaw.
  • Adhering to best practice and company strategy.
  • Assess liability to ensure claims have sufficient prospects of success.
  • Validating claims for exaggeration or dishonesty.

You will have/be

  • At least three years in RTA Personal Injury claims.
  • Ability to manage own caseload, and confident in valuing claims.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
