A great opportunity for a fashion coordinator to join a leading ladies fashion business who have both wholesale & ecommerce retail parts of the company. We work with retailers such as Lipsy, Sosandar, Boohoo Group, Debenhams, Yours Clothing, About you and Freemans, Julien MacDonald, and M&Co. Our ecommerce is www.doublesecond.com
 
Description
• Working in a fast pace environment.
• Responsible for maintaining the flow of accurate data and ensuring that all relevant files and Critical Paths are up to date.
• Attending meetings and building relationships with internal and external teams.
• Raising purchase orders, amending where necessary.
• Booking in stock and setting up product codes.
• Stock counting and QC checking of stock
• Uploading stock on our website and other platforms
• Checking orders and Processing refunds 
• Writing product descriptions for new styles.
• Liaising with import department to ensure they are informed of any delivery amendments.
• Attending Photoshoots, assisting the director on shoot days, filming behind the scenes for social media
• Working with the designers, garment techs, suppliers and customer.
• Liaising with influencers and marketing companies. 
• General Customer service and admin work
• Assisting the director on day-to-day tasks
