My client is a legal 500 law firm seeking a talented and experienced Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling a variety of family law matters, providing expert advice, and representing clients in court proceedings when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
  • Conduct negotiations with opposing parties and their solicitors to reach favourable settlements.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and consent orders.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings, presenting cases effectively and advocating for their rights.
  • Stay up to date with developments in family law and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE
  • Solid experience handling a wide range of family law matters, including complex cases.
  • Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant family law legislation and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
