My client is a reputable law, currently on the lookout for a Junior Family Solicitor to join their office in Edenbridge.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in family law.
  • Assist senior solicitors in complex cases and court proceedings.
  • Attend client meetings and represent the firm in a professional manner.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in family law.
  • Strong understanding of family law principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • A compassionate and client-focused approach.
