Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the UK. They have a strong presence across the regions and are recruiting for an ambitious qualified Family Solicitor to specialise in Divorce and Finances in their Newcastle offices.

Joining the successful family team, you will be providing legal representation for divorce and financial remedy matters including drafting court pleadings, agreements, and petitions. You will be utilising past advocacy skills to represent the firm's clients at both Directions Hearings and Contested Hearings. You will be strong communicator with a desire to get involved with further development in this department.

The firm are wanting to speak with qualified family solicitors with 2 PQE, who have knowledge of cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and TOLATA claims. A proven track record in dealing with divorce and financial remedy matters, and previous advocacy experience is essential.
