This distinguished multi-service law firm, renowned for its unwavering commitment to client representation, invites a dedicated Care Proceedings Solicitor to become an integral part of their select, yet exceptionally proficient team.

This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), eager to make a significant impact within a specialised team. However, newly qualified individuals with a robust background and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply, as the firm recognises and nurtures talent at all stages.

Candidates should possess a strong foundation in care proceedings, demonstrating a keen understanding of the complexities involved in this sensitive area of law. The ability to handle a diverse caseload with precision and empathy is paramount. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the capacity to provide outstanding service to clients during challenging times.
