JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor / Fee Earner
Location: Bridgwater - Hybrid after probation.
Salary: DOE and PQE
Hours: Full Time - Part time also considered.

Top Law firm in the South West, great reputation in the market and well known for employee wellbeing/staff retention.

JOB DETAILS:
* Family Solicitor or Fee Earner - Legal Aid
* Running a caseload of mid-high value caseload
* Drafting statements, applications, and other court pleadings
* Dealing with matters at all stages, from initial instruction to applying for Legal aid where appropriate, and advocacy
* Providing support to other Fee Earners
* Dealing with new client enquiries
* Assist with billing and costs. Working closely with the Costs Draftsman

IDEAL APPLICANTS:
* Experienced Family Solicitor or equivalent.
* Ideally 5 years experience and knowledge of most-all areas of family law.
* Resolution accredited Specialist - Preferred
* Work on own initiative
* Track record of billing within Family Law.
* Qualified solicitor or experienced Fee Earner
* Confident in Business Development
