Family Solicitor

A highly reputable legal 500 law firm are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team in Farnborough, Hampshire. This candidate must have 2 – 5 years’ experience in Private Family Law including Divorce, Finance and Children matters.

Duties will include:

• Managing own caseload.
• Advising on a variety of privately funded family matters
• Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance, children and care matters
• Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements
• Drafting various Court Applications
• Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities

Desired skills:

• Fee earning experience essential within Family Law. At least 2 - 5 years PQE.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Professional and proactive approach.
