Role Details - Family Solicitor


We are currently looking for a dynamic Family Solicitor to join an award-winning commercial law firm based in the East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a broad Family caseload and advising on Private family matters.

Key responsibilities of the Family Solicitor

  • Offering high quality legal advice to clients on a broad range of family matters, including children matters, divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
  • Manage and prioritise own caseload consisting of a range of varied family claims.
  • Drafting and reviewing court documents.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships.

Key skills required of the Family Solicitor

  • The successful Family Solicitor will have 1-3 years PQE and experience acting on private client family matters.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
