Family Solicitor - all privately funded cases
Buckinghamshire, easy train connections 
Negotiable salary up to £70,000 p.a.
Ideally with a min of 4 years PQE

Well established, friendly law firm based in a beautiful town in Buckinghamshire are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join their busy and fast growing team. 

The caseload is all privately funded and will include; divorce, separation, cohabitation, prenuptials, civil partnerships, financial matters and private law children matters. 
 
Ideally, you will be a Family Solicitor with over 4 years’ PQE and your experience will be; privately funded family work. 
  • You will be expected to handle a mixed caseload of family law related matters, including divorce, separation, cohabitation, civil partnership disputes, children issues.
  • Dealing with enquiries, speaking with clients and other parties over the phone, in written correspondence and face to face.
  • Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
  • Drafting various Court Applications.
  • Assisting with growing the business, working with the team to develop new opportunities.
  • You will be involved in writing articles for the website and publications to attending business networking events
  • All other duties required as a Family Solicitor
Salary - they have no fixed scale and will pay a generous salary package based on PQE and expectations

The hours are full-time 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour for lunch 
Hybrid working offered

Holidays: 4 weeks, increasing by 1 day per full year (up to max 25), plus bank holidays, plus birthday off, plus period between Xmas and New Year off too while office is closed

Negotiable salary up to £70,000 p.a.
