Senior Family Solicitor.

Private Practice Berkshire based law firm established for over 120 years specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.

The firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to work with a 2 Partner team in Newbury.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the following:

Divorce
Financial Disputes
Children
Financial, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements where parties have international links, assets or are located outside of the UK
Cohabitation disputes (TOLATA and Schedule 1)
Civil Partnerships and Injunctions

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be naturally adept at remaining under pressure.
