Candidates must;
- Experience with both private and publicly funded childcare work.
- Be able to concentrate mainly on public and private law children cases. Candidates should therefore be able to demonstrate knowledge and awareness around the Children Act, relevant legislation and have experience of conducting their own advocacy.
- Be a fully qualified solicitor, any level of experience welcome
- Must remain up to date with any changes to legislation, stay compliant with best practices, maintain up to date time recording of work done and billing, and maintain CPD requirements in accordance with Law Society regulations.
- Be a well-organised self-starter who is keen to make a difference and able to meet targets.
