Our Law client based in Cambridge is looking for an experienced family solicitor to join its team. An establish practice with several offices across Essex and Suffolk

The ideal candidate should have;

• Minimum 2 years PQE
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team
• A genuine drive and passion for family law and seeking the best outcome for the client.
• An approachable and sociable demeanour

Required skills include but are not limited to:

• Pre/post nuptial agreements
• Separation advice,
• All aspects of divorce, including the fair division of assets
• Private child law
• Drafting petitions, applications, court orders
• Compliance with Court directions, including Form E, preparation of e-bundles, drafting of statements, case summaries, chronologies, net effect schedules, ES1 and ES2
• Advocacy in Court where suitable / liaising with and briefing Counsel
