My client, a highly regarded firm in Gerrards Cross, is a regional powerhouse with top-tier services recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers lawyers. They have maintained their Leading Individual ranking in the 2023 Legal 500 guide, showcasing their industry reputation.

They are seeking a skilled Family Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 6 or more PQE experience in a wide range of cases, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, children and domestic violence, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements whilst complying with LEXCEL requirements.

Requirements:

1. Experience mentoring and leading juniors within the team.
2. Proven BD track record.
3. The ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
