£70k plus bonus - London

This is an exciting newly created position which will give the candidate an incredible opportunity to assist with the establishment of a single family office for an Ultra High Net Worth family, and to play a key role in the businesses growth, evolution and ultimate success.

What you'll be doing.

Preparing financial/numerical data and analysis, providing insight and presenting analysis and opinions to the principal

Designing, implementing and monitoring the Family Office's Treasury strategy, and maintaining the family, and entity liquidity requirements.

Cashflow modelling and financial forecasting of the family's investments and spend requirements, using complex spreadsheets

Tracking monthly expenditure and budgeting

Bookkeeping

Administration of investment transactions and reviewing sale/purchase legal documentation

Personal and corporate tax compliance and tax planning, including regular reviews of the current wealth structure for tax efficiency

Assisting with the financial administration of large property refurbishment projects, such as project management, budgeting, monitoring liquidity requirements and paying contractor invoices

Due diligence on any private equity investments including reviewing documentation and financials, checking EIS availability and claiming relief as appropriate, project managing execution and providing funds

Pricing negotiation for goods and services.

Advising on property acquisitions/disposals, project managing and liaison with lawyers.

Liaising with all third-party advisors such as offshore trustees and business associates.

• Any other ad hoc projects as appropriate.

What you'll need.

Commercial and financial literacy

Advanced Excel skills, comfortable with complex modelling formula

Highly numerate

Good written and verbal communication skills

Innovative mindset

Get up and go attitude

Qualified ACA/ACCA

Experience working in a single/multi family office helpful.
