Family Liaison Manager | Client Relationship Manager - Care Home
Field based travel to services - South West London
44k plus OTE to 60k plus benefits

Working for one of the UK's most respected care charities as a field based Family Liaison Manager covering 3 homes in the South West of London Barnes, Tooting and New Malden. Reporting to the Snr FLM. The post is a Trust-wide role that will optimise sales of rooms to private fee paying residents to ensure revenue and occupancy targets are met Field based (regular travel to Trust Homes), including extended periods away from home

Responsibilities:
Generate and convert sales leads to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
Set and meet agreed targets for specific Homes for leads, appointments, follow-ups and sales.
Work with Homes to maintain up-to-date records of all enquiries and track prospective customers from initial enquiry to final decision and support them through this process, building trust and positive relationships with prospective customers.
Monitor progress for specific Homes by producing a weekly enquiries tracker and a monthly report.
Handle and respond to sales enquiries at specific Homes promptly and professionally to maximise conversion rates.
Manage post-sales support and customer service to ensure an excellent experience for all enquirers.
Conduct family visits at specific Homes in a professional manner to enhance the experience of visitors, present a positive impression of the business, and to maximise conversion rates.
Support the Home Manager and staff in the selling process, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and well trained.
Create a range of lead generation programmes for Homes and ensure that the home reaches target occupancy in the timescale agreed.
Assist the Home Manager to generate sales leads by developing networks with professionals or with strategically important organisations.
With the support of the Home Manager, initiate, organise and run events that promote the services and generate interest from prospective customers as well as important referral sources.
Monitor competitor activity; obtain and feedback market information that ensures Trust Homes remain competitive.
Be a source of advice and training on sales and promoting homes
Liaise with Head of Marketing & Communications about marketing plans, lead generation programmes and initiatives and contribute to their effective implementation.
