We are currently recruiting for a Family Lawyer to join our busy client in their Devizes office.

The Role
  • The role will allow you to hone and develop your skills as a successful lawyer. You will take on an already existing caseload of varied work but be given plenty of opportunities to grow the client base and workload, through various networking and business development activities that suit your skill set and strengths.
  • You will get the chance to become highly skilled in various methods of dispute resolution. With the support of others within department you will be encouraged to carry out your own advocacy.
  • There will be plenty of opportunities to broaden your role and contribute to the department by participating in marketing activities, supporting junior members of the team and being part of one of their Specialisms.

The Person

You will need to have experience of Family law dealing with all aspects of divorce, separation, financial settlements, children matters, injunctions and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Excellent client care and negotiating skills will also be required.
