Family Lawyer

Alfred James & Co Solicitors LLP are looking for a Family Law Supervisor to join our Family Law department to assist with undertaking legal aid family casework.

You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of legal aid family work

You will be responsible for meeting and taking instructions for new legal aid clients and running the case adequately and in compliance with the legal aid requirements.

You should have vast experience in running legal aid files for the purposes of ensuring that the files pass peer review.

Salary and hours to be discussed.

Requirements:

The applicant will be either:

1) An Advanced Member of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme (having passed the violence in the home' module or previously held adult party representative status on the Children Panel) or

2) A Resolution Accredited Specialist in Domestic Abuse
