Family Lawyer / Senior Fee Earning Paralegal

This esteemed firm is actively seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor/CILEX lawyer or Senior Paralegal to enhance their Family Department, focusing on private family and financial work, including divorce/ancillaries and property disputes/TOLATA.

Based in South Wales, with the flexibility of hybrid working across four offices, this full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £40,000, commensurate with experience, alongside an excellent benefits package. The firm is open to discussing part-time arrangements, flexible working, and working from home requests, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your needs.

This Lexcel accredited firm is distinguished by its strong reputation for client care and expertise, with accreditations in Family Law Advanced and Children Law. The successful candidate will have the chance to explore potential management roles and further professional development within the firm.

The role demands a professional with a meticulous eye for detail, outstanding client care skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and organisational skills are paramount, as is previous experience as a Fee Earner in Divorce and Financial matters.
