Reception & Facilities Supervisor for Bank needed, working directly for this firm, with amazing incredible benefits. To actively manage the buildings facilities and contractors, also acting as the first point of contact with guests. This would suit someone who has some facilities, or building management experience who is a 'can do' type of candidate looking to get into a really amazing company with fantastic benefits.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Contractor Management
  • Meeting and greeting, reservation of meeting rooms
  • Floor walks and room checks.
  • Heath & Safety management
  • Liaising with maintenance and contractor firms to ensure smooth running of the floors
  • Ensuring the maintenance of the visitor electronic pass system and the maintenance of the client facing areas e.g. fault reporting.
  • Constant review and improvement of the welcome services
  • Delivering superior customer service that is prompt, precise, and efficient, showcasing excellent judgement and capability in resolving issues.
  • Assessing and adopting innovative methods to enhance and streamline service provision, thereby elevating the Workplace Experience.
  • Overseeing the procurement of office supplies and furnishings, and maintaining effective communication with property management and building maintenance teams.
