We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic facilities property professional as to make a significant impact in the local community Northwest of Norwich. As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will support the Business Director in managing property, environment, and facilities, ensuring the successful delivery of the companies new Property and Environment Management Plan. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating a vibrant and sustainable local environment.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Support the team with all aspects of property and environmental matters.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of the companies Property and Environment Management Plan.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including grounds, caretaking, and office staff.
  • Take initiative in managing projects that contribute to the community’s well-being and sustainability.
  • Ensure effective property, environment, and facilities management to shape the future of the local community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualifications of Level 3/A Levels and five GCSEs grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) or equivalent, including English, Maths, and Science.
  • A degree or suitable and demonstrable practical experience in a related field.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends (time off in lieu provided).
