A 3 month temporary position has arisen for a Facilities Manager within a respectable organisation in the Norwich area. This is a varied opportunity overseeing the contract monitoring facilities and maintenance services.


Your duties will include:

  • Contract Monitoring of both the soft and hard FM contracts
  • Day to day management of maintenance, cleaning and portering services
  • Working closely with contract supervisors
  • Loging and reporting repairs needed and completed  
  • Accurately competing paperwork


Essential skills:

  • Knowledge of hard and soft FM contracts management
  • Be Self motivated and the ability to deal with a busy workload
  • Please note, a DBS check will be required before starting
