Description

  • Lead and manage operational teams covering engineering, maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, transportation, and administration to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Oversee contract management of outsourced services, implement process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Profile

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in facilities management, preferably in financial services, with a strong focus on customer service excellence and people management skills.
