Facilities Labourer required for a manufacturing company in Avonmouth, BS11
  • £25,000 per annum
  • Monday – Thursday 0730-1600, Friday 0730-1300
  • 5 minutes’ walk from St Andrews Road train station or free parking on site
  • Immediate start available
  • 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension Scheme 5% employee 3% employer contribution
  • 4 x life assurance (Death In Service)

About the role
  • Maintenance of the buildings and grounds including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required
  • Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
  • General and detailed cleaning, interior and exterior spaces
  • Operate company delivery vehicle
  • Assisting stores (loading, unloading, picking, packing / shrink wrapping) and Waste Management
  • Completing all documentation for work performed as required

The right candidate
  • Full Clean UK driving license
  • Confident user of a variety of hand and power tools
  • Forklift Counterbalance or Reach Truck License
  • Prior experience in a similar role, such as Facilities/Building Maintenance, General Labouring, carpentry, plumbing, painting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
