JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across ssex. Due to continued growth my client is recruiting for an experienced Facilities / Hr Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team.
Duties
- To provide secretarial administrative support to the HR team
- Diary management
- Assist the HR team with policies and procedures
- Health & Safety
- Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating systems , alarms ,security cameras)
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Ordering office equipment
- Sending out contracts
- Assembling induction packs
- Arranging inductions dates and times
- Organising team lunches
- Provide reception cover on occasions
The Candidate
- You will be an experienced secretary ideally with a background in Facilities and HR
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
- Good organisation and time management
- High sense of urgency and ability to work to deadlines
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- A pro- active ,professional and friendly attitude
- Be comfortable in dealing with staff at all levels
- Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
