About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Facilities Team working on the admin-based problem-solving Helpdesk. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need although any administration skills would be advantageous. You will be coordinating all the maintenance jobs reported on the resort and assigning them to the Technicians, speaking on the phone, radio and electronic communication devices to support the resort. 
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

This is a 9 months fixed term full-time role covering 40 hours over week, 5 days over 7 (one of these being a weekend day). Typical working hours are 8 hour shifts between 8am - 10pm.

Key Responsibilities


We are looking for administration experience to work as part of our Helpdesk team. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
