Facilities Coordinator

A leading facilities management provider across the North West, with high profile clients in the industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial and industrial sector.
Your new role
You will manage and oversee the mobilisation and day to day upkeep of the in-house CAFM/BMS system. You will generate reports, track PPM and reactive maintenance tasks, coordinate on site workers and update the on-site records. You will also be responsibile for handling the report generation to the client in ine with KPI's and service delivery.
Duties:
- You will be a key member of the on-site FM team ensuring all maintenance works are completed in a timely manner
- Be the master user of the on-site CAFM system Maximo
- Work with the on-site services teams to report on sub-contractor performance
- Produce works order and track all PPM and reactive maintenance works on the Maximo system
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
ESSENTIAL
- Experience working with Maximo
- Experience working in a facilities management environment
- Strong administration and team communication skills
DESIRED
- Experience in pharmaceutical environment
What you'll get in return
28k salary
37.5 hours p/w
8am - 4pm working hours
