Our client is a UK-based facilities management and technical services company. They are one of the UK's 250 largest public companies.Your new role
This will be an interesting and varied role working on a government contract. The job will include: PPM, scheduling out works for engineers, schedules for maintenance work, fire doors, hvac systems, drainage, planned out works, scheduling for 3 months ahead, entering onto system (Maximo), inputting data, ensuring compliance on site. Providing support to the helpdesk.
What you'll need to succeed
We don't require extensive hard services/engineering knowledge for this role as training will be provided. We will require some sort of scheduling experience, someone who can prioritise work and work under pressure. Furthermore, someone who can manage clients and engineers from prior experience or has the confidence too.
