Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining high standards of compliance and organisation? Here at Redde Northgate we are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our Group Property Department and contribute to the success of our organisation.

What will you do?

  • Provide comprehensive Facilities and administration support to the Group Property Department.
  • Support in ensuring suppliers have all relevant documents in place for H&S and Insurance purposes including RAMS if required.
  • Processing reactive repairs reported by our Branches via our repairs reporting portal.
  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with suppliers and site employees at all levels and promote exceptional standards.
  • Provide support to the Group Facilities Manager and wider Redde Group teams.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with external local authorities.
  • General administrative support for the Group Property Team as required.

About you

  • Previous experience of working within an administration or facilities role is desirable but not essential.
  • You are a team player who works well under pressure and working against timescales.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can build and develop great relationships at all levels.
  • You will have proven IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • You will have a flexible approach to daily work duties and a good telephone manner.
  • Able to priorities your workload and use own initiative.
