Leading company in their industry are looking for an organised, customer focused individual to join their facilities team. You will be directly reporting to the head of facilities and focus on supporting the stores and their retail estate. This role will join the Facilities team who are responsible for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the wider team to enhance the core functionalities of the system.
- Assign contractors to tickets and update the store team with and update through the system.
- Run regular reports on tickets older than 30/90 days, updating based on the latest activity.
- Match invoices for works with claims and ensure comprehensive logging of internal damages on the system.
- Control the Operations Section of the system, managing requests for Uniforms, ID/Name Badges, Business Cards, TV Licenses, etc.
- Coordinate warehouse racking repairs with stores.
- Liaise with Home Consultants regarding ongoing vehicle repairs, updating the portal as required.
- Issue details of parking tickets to stores upon receipt and ensure a timely resolution and payment of fines.
Key / Essential skills:
- Hands on attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational & multitasking abilities.
- Experience in fleet management is an
- Ability to be on call 1 in 3 weeks.
- Familiarity database management.
