Facilities Assistant

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant / handyman based in Wokingham.

This is a permanent role with full time hours.

You will be working alongside the Facilities Manager in supporting the business and building.

Duties may include:

Weekly inspection of internal & external building

General Maintenance of building & garden outside areas.

Fix repairs these could include painting, basic plumbing & carpentry.

Ensure all equipment is kept maintained.

Keep all facilities records up to date from Health & Safety

Production assembly assistance where necessary

Sorting & repacking in warehouse & disposal of redundant equipment

Keep internal database updated and print reports

Other duties when required by manager.

This position requires great communication skills verbal and written as you will be interacting with colleagues as well as visitors.

You will be able to multi - task in a busy environment which often has tight deadlines.

Within the role you will be following work plans as well as operation instructions. Woking part of a team but at times with limited supervision
