Our client based in Bangor is looking for an experienced Facilities Assistant for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide front of house support whilst undertaking various tasks to support the day to day running of the business.

This is a busy varied role and you will be required to: -
  • Provide excellent frontline customer service and foster a culture of continuous improvement in delivering services.
  • Undertake health & safety duties relevant to the post.
  • Process service desk requests.
  • Undertake basic maintenance checks.
  • Test fire alarms.
  • Monitor and record water temperature.

The successful candidate will have: -
  • Level 3 qualification in Facilities Management or equivalent
  • Experience of delivering both hard and soft facilities services within a built environment
  • Good understanding of using a Finance systems and other software applications
  • Good written and verbal skills and the ability to community confidently with excellent customer service skills
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The rate of pay is £12.82 per hour.
